Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Moieciu de Sus. From the main road (DN73), take the exit towards Moieciu de Sus and follow the signs leading into the village. Keep driving until you reach the 'Unnamed Road' where the sign for Cascada Doamnele is located. Park your car at the designated parking area nearby (please note that parking may incur a small fee). From the parking area, the waterfall is accessible via a short hiking trail that takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Follow the trail markers that lead you directly to the waterfall.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Brașov to Moieciu de Sus. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Moieciu de Sus, you can either take a taxi to the start of the hiking trail (approximately 5-10 minutes ride), or you can walk to the trailhead, which will take around 30-40 minutes. From the trailhead, follow the marked path that leads you to Cascada Doamnele.

• Hiking

  For those who enjoy hiking, you can start from popular hiking points in the Bucegi Mountains. One common route is to hike from the Piatra Craiului area towards Moieciu de Sus. This trek showcases beautiful scenery and can take several hours, depending on your pace. Make sure to have a map or GPS device handy, as the trails can be less marked in some areas. Upon reaching Moieciu de Sus, follow the directions to the waterfall as mentioned above.
