You can take bus number 122 from Calea Victoriei. Look for the nearest bus stop along Calea Victoriei. Board the bus and travel for two stops. Get off at the 'Universitate' stop. From there, walk straight down Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta for approximately 300 meters, and you will see Grădina Cișmigiu on your right.

You can also take tram number 1 or 10 from Calea Victoriei. Find the nearest tram stop and board the tram. Travel for three stops and get off at 'Cismigiu' stop. From the tram stop, it will be a short walk to Grădina Cișmigiu, which is just across the street.
