If you are in the Herastrau Park area, head towards the main entrance of the park located on Şoseaua Kiseleff. Walk straight down Kiseleff Road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Piața Arcul de Triumf. The Triumphal Arch will be directly in front of you at the piazza. From Herastrau Park, you can take bus line 205 from the nearest bus stop, which is located on the edge of the park. Board the bus heading towards the direction of Piata Victoriei.
