From the center of Herastrau Park, head towards the northern end of the park. Walk along the lakeside path towards Aleea Pescăruș. Keep walking until you reach the Vaporașul Cernica dock, which is located at Aleea Pescăruș, București 011851. This scenic route along the lake will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport - Bus
From Herastrau Park, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Șoseaua Nordului. Take bus 205 towards 'Pădurea Băneasa'. After approximately 5 stops, get off at the 'Aleea Pescăruș' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Vaporașul Cernica. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times. A single bus ticket costs around 3.5 RON.
Public Transport - Tram
Walk to the nearest tram stop at 'Bucureștii Noi' station. Take tram line 1 towards 'Centrul Civic'. After about 4 stops, get off at the 'Aleea Pescăruș' stop. From there, Vaporașul Cernica is just a short 5-minute walk away. Tram tickets cost approximately 3.5 RON each.
