If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest town Băile Olănești. From Băile Olănești, take the DJ 658 road towards the Buila-Vânturarița National Park. After approximately 7 km, you will reach the entrance of the park. Once inside the park, follow the signs towards Peștera Caprelor, which is located about 5 km from the main road. The road may be unpaved and require a high-clearance vehicle, so proceed with caution. Parking is available near the cave entrance.

To reach Peștera Caprelor using public transportation, take a bus from Râmnicu Vâlcea to Băile Olănești. Buses run regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Băile Olănești, you can either hike to the park entrance or hire a local taxi to take you to the entrance of Buila-Vânturarița National Park. From the park entrance, follow the marked trail (approximately 5 km) to Peștera Caprelor. Be prepared for a moderately challenging hike.
