If you are traveling by car, navigate to the town of Olanesti in Valcea County. From the center of Olanesti, head southeast on DN67C (DJ 657) towards the village of Buila. After approximately 8 km, you will reach a sign for Schitul Pahomie. Turn left onto the unpaved road leading to the monastery. The road may be bumpy, so drive carefully. After about 1 km, you will arrive at Schitul Pahomie. Parking is available near the entrance.

If you prefer public transportation, take a train to the town of Ramnicu Valcea. From there, you can catch a local bus to Olanesti. Buses to Olanesti leave frequently from the Ramnicu Valcea bus station. Once in Olanesti, you can either walk (about 4 km) or take a taxi to reach Schitul Pahomie. If walking, head southeast on DN67C towards Buila, then follow the directions for cars from the Olanesti center.
