If you are traveling by car from the center of Buzău, head northwest on Strada Cuza Vodă towards Strada Mărășești. Continue straight onto DN2/E85. After approximately 22 km, take the exit towards DN10/Buzău-Brașov. Merge onto DN10 and follow the signs for Buzău. After around 12 km, turn left onto DJ203K towards DF Chilii. Continue for approximately 5 km until you reach the Hermitage of Dionisie Torcătorul, which will be on your left. There is no entrance fee to visit the hermitage.

To reach the Hermitage of Dionisie Torcătorul via public transportation, first make your way to the Buzău bus station (Autogara Buzău). From there, take a bus heading towards the village of Bozioru. Buses run several times a day, and the fare is approximately 10 RON. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Bozioru stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the hermitage, which is roughly 6 km away. Walking will take about 1 hour, while a taxi will cost around 20-25 RON.
