The parking area is available near the entrance to the hiking area. Note: There may be a small parking fee, so keep some change handy.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Râmnicu Vâlcea to Călimănești. Buses frequently depart from the central bus station. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in Călimănești, you can catch a local taxi or arrange for a ride to Cheile Cheii, which is approximately 8 km away. Alternatively, if you prefer to hike, you can follow the trails from Călimănești to reach Cheile Cheii, but be prepared for a longer trek.
