Start from the center of Butare, near the National Museum of Rwanda (Musee National). From the museum, head north on Avenue de l'Indépendance. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenue du 1er Novembre. Turn left onto Avenue du 1er Novembre and walk for another 500 meters. At this point, you will see a sign for Inema Arts Centre on your right. Follow the sign, and the art center will be located a short distance down the road on KG 563 St.
