Begin your journey at the main bus station in Butare, commonly known as 'Gare routière de Butare.' Exit the station and head northwest on Avenue du 1er Novembre. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn right onto Avenue de la République and walk for approximately 700 meters.

As you walk along Avenue de la République, keep an eye out for local shops and cafes. After about 700 meters, you will see the Ecole Technique Officielle (ETO) on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the large roundabout at the end of this road.
