Car
If you are driving from the center of Cyangugu, head southwest on Avenue de la Révolution towards Avenue de la Paix. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local eateries. Turn left onto the road leading to Mont Lugera, which is well-marked. Follow this road for approximately 4 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views. Once you reach Mont Lugera, look for the signpost indicating Tea Park Rwanda. The park is located at the coordinates 6CWC+25, and you will see parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Tea Park Rwanda using public transportation, first, find a local taxi-brousse (shared minibus) at the nearest station in Cyangugu. Look for a taxi-brousse heading towards Mont Lugera. The fare is typically around 500 Rwandan Francs (RWF). The ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Mont Lugera, you can either walk to the park (about a 20-minute walk) or hire a motorcycle taxi (locally known as 'moto') for around 1000 RWF to take you directly to Tea Park Rwanda, which is located at 6CWC+25. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the park entrance.

If you are already in Mont Lugera, you can walk to Tea Park Rwanda. Start at the main road and head towards the coordinates 6CWC+25. The walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take about 20-25 minutes. As you walk, take in the local scenery and feel free to ask locals for directions if you're unsure. The park is well-marked, and you should see signs directing you as you approach.
