From Cyangugu, head east on the main road towards Nyungwe National Park. Follow the signs for Nyungwe, and continue driving until you reach the entrance to the park. After entering the park, take the road that leads to Uwinka Visitor Center. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Cyangugu to the visitor center.
