Walking
Start at the Gisenyi Bus Station. Head south on Avenue de la Révolution towards Avenue du Lac. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue du Lac. Walk along the lakeside, enjoying the views. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at the junction where Avenue du Lac meets Rue de l'Hôpital. Turn left onto Rue de l'Hôpital. Follow this road for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Manguiers, where you will see signage for Cascade. Continue straight for another 300 meters, and you will arrive at Cascade, located at 876H+JQ, Rubavu.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Gisenyi. Start at the Gisenyi Bus Station and head south on Avenue de la Révolution. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue du Lac. Cycle along the lakeside promenade for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the junction with Rue de l'Hôpital, turn left. Continue cycling for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Avenue des Manguiers. After about 300 meters, you will see Cascade on your right at 876H+JQ, Rubavu.
