From the center of Gisenyi, head towards the lakeshore. You can start at the Gisenyi Market. Walk north along the lakefront promenade, enjoying the views of Lake Kivu. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Révolution. Turn left on Avenue de la Révolution and proceed towards Rubavu. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will notice signs leading to 'Brasserie Marine Road'. Once you see the signs, turn right onto Brasserie Marine Road. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find 'Guide near you' on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Gisenyi. Start at the Gisenyi Market and head towards the lakeshore. Ride north along the lakeshore path, which is scenic and flat. Continue on this path until you reach Avenue de la Révolution. Turn left onto Avenue de la Révolution and cycle for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Watch for signs indicating 'Brasserie Marine Road'. Turn right onto Brasserie Marine Road and continue cycling for about 300 meters, where you will find 'Guide near you' on your left.
