Car
From Gitarama town center, head south on the Nyanza-Gitarama road (also known as RN1). Continue driving for approximately 35 kilometers until you reach Kigali. Once in Kigali, follow signs towards the city center. You will want to keep an eye out for the Urumuri area. The Kigali Arts Center is located in Urumuri, near the main road. Parking may be available nearby; however, be prepared for potential parking fees.

Public Transportation
From Gitarama, you can take a bus heading to Kigali. Buses depart frequently from the main bus station in Gitarama. The fare is approximately 500 RWF (Rwandan Francs). The bus ride takes about an hour depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Nyabugogo bus terminal in Kigali, look for a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) or a taxi that can take you to the Kigali Arts Center. The fare for a moto-taxi should be around 1000 RWF, while a regular taxi might cost you about 2000 RWF. Make sure to specify the destination as Urumuri.

Walking from Public Transport
If you prefer to walk after getting off at Nyabugogo bus terminal, you can head east on Avenue de la Révolution. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Paix. Turn left, and then take the first right onto Avenue du Lac. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will arrive at the Kigali Arts Center in the Urumuri area. Be cautious while walking, as the traffic can be busy.
