Car

From Gitarama city center, head east on the RN1 road towards Kigali. Continue on the RN1 for about 25 kilometers. As you approach the outskirts of Kigali, take the exit towards Nyamirambo and follow the signs for Shyorongi. Drive for about 10 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint at coordinates 329G+C8, Kigali. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

From Gitarama, head to the main bus station where you can find buses heading to Kigali. Take a bus that goes directly to Kigali, which typically costs around 500 RWF. Once in Kigali, you can take a moto-taxi or a local taxi to Shyorongi. The ride from Kigali city center to Shyorongi will take approximately 30 minutes and cost around 2000 RWF. Ask the driver to take you to the viewpoint at coordinates 329G+C8.
