From Gitarama, head east on the main road (N1) towards Kigali. Follow the N1 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the city of Kigali. Once in Kigali, continue to follow signs towards Remera. The Rwanda Gorilla Trek office is located on Kigali Remera Airport Road. Look for the building with the sign 'Rwanda Gorilla Trek'. The journey should take around 1 hour, depending on traffic.

From Gitarama, you can take a bus heading towards Kigali. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal in Gitarama. The fare is typically around 1,000 RWF (Rwandan Francs). Once you arrive at the Nyabugogo bus terminal in Kigali, look for a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) or a taxi to take you to Kigali Remera Airport Road. The moto-taxi fare to the Rwanda Gorilla Trek office should be around 1,500 RWF. Make sure to communicate your destination clearly, or show the driver the address.
