Getting there

Walking

From the center of Karongi, head south on Avenue du Lac towards the main road. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue de la Réunification. Keep walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach a small sign for Doves'chair on your left. Turn left onto a dirt path leading to Doves'chair. Follow this path for about 500 meters and you will arrive at the location.

Bicycle

If you're renting a bicycle in Karongi, start from the bicycle rental shop and head south on Avenue du Lac. Ride straight until you arrive at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue de la Réunification. Continue riding for about 1 kilometer. Look for a small sign indicating Doves'chair on your left. Turn left onto the dirt path and cycle down for approximately 500 meters until you reach Doves'chair.

Local Transport

From the main bus station in Karongi, you can take a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) to Doves'chair. Inform the driver that you want to go to Doves'chair, located in Mabanza. They will know the location. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
