Walking

From the center of Karongi, head towards the waterfront along Avenue de la Paix. Continue walking past the Karongi market until you reach the main road (Route Nationale 1). Turn left onto Route Nationale 1 and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road that leads to Kibuye. This road is well-marked, and you will see signs for Mukondwe. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, and you will arrive at the area where Mukondwe is located, which is near the coordinates X83M+4W.

Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Karongi. Start your journey by cycling towards the waterfront on Avenue de la Paix. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the main road (Route Nationale 1). Take a left turn onto Route Nationale 1 and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the turnoff to Kibuye, which is well-marked. Follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers, and you will reach Mukondwe, located near the coordinates X83M+4W.

Boat
