Walking
From the center of Karongi, head southeast towards the main road (A102). Continue walking along this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading to Nyanza. Keep walking straight for approximately 5 kilometers. As you approach Nyanza, you'll see signposts directing you to the King's Palace Museum, which is located on your right. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the museum.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Karongi. Once you have your bike, start from the Karongi town center and ride southeast towards the main road (A102). Cycle along this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit that leads towards Nyanza. Continue biking for approximately 5 kilometers, and keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the King's Palace Museum on your right. You will find the entrance to the museum easily accessible from the road.
