Car
If you're driving from central Kigali, head northwest on Avenue de la République. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction with KN 3 Avenue. Turn left onto KN 3 Avenue and drive for another 2 kilometers. You will see signs for Visit Thousand Hills. Turn right onto the road indicated by the signs. The destination will be on your left after about 1 kilometer.

Public Transportation
To reach Visit Thousand Hills by public transport, take a matatus (shared taxis) from central Kigali. Head to the Nyabugogo bus terminal and find a matatu heading towards Kimironko or Gikambura. Inquire with the conductor to ensure they’re passing by Sakirwa. After about 30 minutes of travel, get off at the Sakirwa bus stop. From there, walk for approximately 1 kilometer along the road indicated by signs for Visit Thousand Hills, and you will arrive at your destination.

If you are close to Sakirwa, you can simply walk to Visit Thousand Hills. Look for the signs directing you towards the location. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Sakirwa bus stop. Head southwest on the main road, and take a right where the signs indicate. Continue straight until you reach Visit Thousand Hills.
