Getting There

• Car

  To reach the Capital of Rwanda in Kigali from any location in Northern Province, start by taking the Route Nationale 1 (RN1) heading south towards Kigali. This road is well-maintained and offers scenic views of the Rwandan countryside. As you approach Kigali, follow the signs directing you to the city center. Continue along the main road until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Révolution. Turn left onto Avenue de la Révolution, and then take a right onto Avenue du 30 Juin. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will arrive at the location: 3346+9QC in Ishema, Kigali. Ensure to check for parking facilities upon arrival.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From various towns in Northern Province such as Musanze or Ruhengeri, take a public bus heading to Kigali. Buses are available at the main bus stations and typically cost around RWF 1,500 to RWF 3,000 depending on your departure point. The journey may take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at the Nyabugogo bus terminal in Kigali, you can take a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) to reach the Capital of Rwanda. The moto-taxi ride to 3346+9QC will cost around RWF 1,000 to RWF 2,000 and will take about 10-15 minutes.

  If you are already in Kigali and want to reach the Capital of Rwanda quickly, you can hire a moto-taxi. Simply flag down a moto-taxi on the street or use a local ride-hailing app. The cost will vary but typically ranges from RWF 1,000 to RWF 2,500 based on your starting point. Provide the driver with the destination address (3346+9QC, Kigali) to ensure a direct route. Always ensure to wear a helmet for safety.
