From the center of Rubavu, head towards Avenue du Lac which runs parallel to Lake Kivu. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Paix. Turn left onto Avenue de la Paix. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer, passing local shops and cafes along the way. You will notice the vibrant local life around you. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see the sign for Galaxy Kivu Hotel on your right, located at 7797+9W, Rubavu.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Rubavu. Start from the main square and head towards Avenue du Lac. Keep cycling along the lakeside path which is scenic and well-maintained. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection with Avenue de la Paix. Turn left and continue cycling for another 500 meters. The Galaxy Kivu Hotel will be on your right at 7797+9W, Rubavu.
