Walking
Start in the center of Rubavu, near the Rubavu Market. Head west on Avenue de la Paix toward Avenue de la Réunion. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Lac. Turn right onto Avenue du Lac and follow it until you reach the shores of Lake Kivu. From there, keep walking along the lakeside path. After about 30 minutes, you will come to the village of Boneza. Kinunu Guest House is located just a short walk from the lakeshore in Boneza, on your right side.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Rubavu. Start from the center of Rubavu and head west on Avenue de la Paix. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Lac. Turn right onto Avenue du Lac and cycle along the lakeside path. It will take approximately 20 minutes to reach Boneza. Look for signs pointing towards Kinunu Guest House, which is located near the lakeshore.

From the center of Rubavu, find a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) stand. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kinunu Guest House in Boneza. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to confirm the price with the driver before starting your journey. The moto-taxi will drop you off close to the guest house.
