Walking
Start your journey at the center of Micoud. Head south on the main road (Micoud - Vieux Fort Highway). Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Millet. You will see signs directing you towards Millet. Turn left onto the road towards Millet and follow it for about 2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the Millet bird sanctuary and nature trail, which will be on your right. You can ask locals for directions if needed.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the center of Micoud, walk to the nearest bus stop. Take a bus towards Vieux Fort and inform the driver that you want to get off at Millet. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at Millet, exit the bus and walk back along the road for about 100 meters; the sanctuary will be on your left. Confirm with the locals if you are unsure about the location.
