Beverly was amazing. She is one of the most pleasant and authentic person I have ever met. She went way beyond was stated on the advertisement to make sure all our needs were met. The location was absolutely beautiful and chef Bernard is also an awesome human being and chef. You need to take this cooking class if you visit St.Lucia.

Colette told it to us with so much passion and authenticity that we were hanging on her every word from beginning to end. You can feel all the love, hard work, and values that have allowed this beautiful family adventure to grow over the years. Tasting the products perfectly complements this immersion into Martinican heritage and know-how. An experience as enriching as it is moving, which I highly recommend!

Private St. Lucian Cooking Experience with a Local Chef

My husband, mother and I recently had a cooking class with Claudia. It was a great experience. We booked online and had easy communication with Claudia ahead of time to pick the dish. When we arrived, Claudia and her mother were welcoming. We cooked the saltfish with coconut sauce, and it was delicious. We learned a lot about a variety of local cooking and ingredients beyond the dish we were cooking. We ate the meal on her porch which is beautiful and overlooks the water. Overall it was a great experience which I recommend for anyone that wants to learn more about St. Lucian cooking.
