Walking
Start at the center of Rodney Bay, near the popular Reduit Beach. From the beach, head towards the main road (Rodney Bay Boulevard). Walk along the boulevard until you reach the intersection with the Pigeon Island Causeway. Turn left onto the causeway and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will see the entrance to Pigeon Island National Landmark on your right-hand side. Enter the park and follow the signs towards Fort Rodney, which is located at the top of the hill.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Rodney Bay Marina area. Ride along the coast on the main road towards Pigeon Island. Follow the signs for Pigeon Island and take the Pigeon Island Causeway. Once you reach the entrance of Pigeon Island National Landmark, secure your bike and proceed on foot. The trail to Fort Rodney will lead you upward, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area.

From Rodney Bay, you can catch a bus heading towards Castries. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Pigeon Island. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Pigeon Island National Landmark. From there, enter the park and follow the signs to Fort Rodney. It’s a short hike from the entrance to the fort.
