Walking
From the center of Rodney Bay, head towards the main road (Rodney Bay Strip). Continue walking straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Cross the road carefully at the pedestrian crossing, then turn right onto the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. Walk for about 5-10 minutes, keeping an eye out for the signposts indicating Reduit Beach. As you approach the beach area, look for the entrance to the beach path on your left, just before the Sandals Resort. Follow this path directly to Reduit Beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy shore and clear waters.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Rodney Bay and ride towards the Rodney Bay Strip. Follow the same route as the walking directions, taking the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. The ride should take around 5 minutes. Look for the beach entrance just before reaching the Sandals Resort on your left. Park your bicycle at a safe location and walk the remaining distance to the beach.
Public Transport
While there's no direct public transport to Reduit Beach, you can take a local bus from the bus stop in Rodney Bay. Head to the bus stop near the entrance of the Baywalk Mall.
