    Start from the center of Chateaubelair, near the local market. Head east on the main road (the only road) towards the coastline. Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards the Belmont area. Walk for another 1 kilometer, and you will see signs pointing towards Fort Hamilton. Continue following the signs until you reach Fort Hamilton on Belmont Road.

    If you are at the Chateaubelair Beach, walk inland towards the main road (the main artery of the town). Once you reach the main road, turn right and head east. Follow the main road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork and proceed for about 1 kilometer. Look for directional signs to Fort Hamilton, and follow them until you arrive at the fort on Belmont Road.
