Starting from the Kingstown Market, head towards the waterfront along Bay Street. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the corner of Bay Street and Grenville Street. Turn left onto Grenville Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Belmont Road. At this point, turn right onto Belmont Road. Continue walking along Belmont Road for about 10-15 minutes. Fort Hamilton will be located on your left, marked with a sign. The walk should take approximately 25-30 minutes total.

From Kingstown, head to the minibus terminal located near the Kingstown Market. Look for a minibus heading towards Port Elizabeth. Once you board, inform the driver you want to stop at Fort Hamilton. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Port Elizabeth, walk down Belmont Road, and Fort Hamilton will be on your left. Expect a short walk from the minibus stop to the fort.

After being dropped off in Port Elizabeth, walk along Belmont Road, and you will see Fort Hamilton on your left. The total travel time, including waiting for the taxi, should be about 30 minutes.
