Turn left onto the coastal road (Estrada da Praia), and follow it for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for Praia das Sete Ondas along the way. The beach is located on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Angolares and ride south towards Rua da Praia. Once you reach the main road, turn left onto Estrada da Praia. Keep cycling for about 1 kilometer, and look out for signs indicating Praia das Sete Ondas. The beach will be on your right side, and it's a pleasant ride along the coast.
