If you are starting from the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), exit the mosque from the King Abdulaziz Gate. Head south along King Abdulaziz Road until you reach the intersection with Al-Mujahideen Road. Turn left onto Al-Mujahideen Road and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and local restaurants. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Road. Turn right onto Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Road, and after a short walk, you will see Masjid Al Qiblatain on your left.

Find the nearest bus stop on King Abdulaziz Road. Take the bus heading towards Al-Qiblatayn. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Road. From there, walk about 500 meters along Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Road, and you will arrive at Masjid Al Qiblatain.
