If you are already in the Dorcol neighborhood, you can easily walk to the Monument to the Defenders of Belgrade. Start by heading towards the main street, Kralja Petra. Walk along Kralja Petra until you reach the intersection with Francuska Street. Turn left onto Francuska Street. Continue walking straight; you will pass by cafes and shops. After about 10 minutes, you will see the monument in the distance, situated in a small park. The address is in the Stari Grad borough, and it's a short and pleasant walk through the vibrant area of Dorcol.

Public Transport (Tram)
For those preferring public transport, you can take the tram from the nearest stop. Find the tram stop on Kralja Petra Street. Board Tram Line 2 or 3, heading towards the city center. Ride for about 3 stops and get off at the 'Kalemegdan' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk. Head east towards the entrance of Kalemegdan Park, and the monument is located within the park area. Make sure to have a valid ticket, which costs approximately 100 RSD.

If you enjoy cycling, consider renting a bike. There are bike rental stations near the Danube River in Dorcol. Rent a bike and head towards the Kalemegdan Park area. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Kalemegdan Park, you can leave your bike at one of the bike racks available near the entrance. The monument is just a short ride away within the park area. Rental prices are typically around 300 RSD per hour.
