If you are starting from the city center (Trg Kralja Milana), head southeast towards the main street, Kralja Milana. Walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Bulevar Nemanjića. Turn left onto Bulevar Nemanjića and continue walking straight for around 1 kilometer. As you approach the Nišava River, you will see the fortress on your right, easily identifiable by its historic walls. Cross the pedestrian bridge over the river and follow the signs leading you to the entrance of the Fortress of Niš located at Đuke Dinić.
