If you are starting from the center of Niš, make your way to the main square, Trg Kralja Milana. From there, head southeast on Kralja Milana Street toward Vojvode Stepe. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Đuke Dinić Street. Turn right onto Đuke Dinić Street, and the Fortress of Niš will be on your left after a short walk.
Public Transport

From the central bus station in Niš, take bus number 4 or 5 towards the 'Tvrđava' stop. Once you arrive at the Tvrđava stop, exit the bus and walk a few minutes along Đuke Dinić Street. The Fortress of Niš will be directly ahead.
Bicycle Rental

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in the city center. Head southeast on Kralja Milana Street, then turn right onto Vojvode Stepe and continue until you reach the intersection with Đuke Dinić Street. Turn right onto Đuke Dinić Street, and you will reach the Fortress of Niš shortly.
Taxi

To reach the Fortress of Niš by taxi, simply tell the driver 'Tvrđava' or 'Fortress of Niš'. The journey from the city center should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance.
