If you are in the city center of Niš, start at the main square, Trg Kralja Milana. From there, head south on Obrenovićeva Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Aleksandra. Take a right turn onto Ulica Kralja Aleksandra and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will come to a large roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ulica Kopitareva. The Stevan Sremac and Kalča Monument will be on your left side after a short walk.

From the city center, you can take a local bus (such as Line 1 or Line 15) from the main bus stop. Board the bus and travel until you reach the 'Kalča' stop. Once you get off, walk back along the street for about 5 minutes towards the Kopitareva Street. The Stevan Sremac and Kalča Monument will be visible on your right.
