From the town of Bo, head south on the A2 highway towards Bonthe. The drive takes approximately 2 hours. Follow the signs indicating Bonthe or Sherbro Island. Once you reach the town of Bonthe, park your vehicle in one of the public parking areas. From there, you will need to take a boat to Sherbro Island, as it is only accessible by water.
