From Bugis MRT Station, take the East West Line (EWL) towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tanah Merah MRT Station. Transfer to Bus 35 at the Tanah Merah Bus Terminal. Ride the bus until it reaches the bus stop near Tanjung Piai National Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

From Bugis Junction, head to the nearby bus stop at Victoria Street. Take Bus 111 towards Johor Bahru and alight at the bus interchange at Woodlands. From there, transfer to Bus 912 or 925 that goes directly to Kukup. Once you reach Kukup, follow the signs to Taman Negara Johor Tanjung Piai.
