Car
If you're driving from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, head east on Upper Bukit Timah Road. Continue on Upper Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with the BKE (Bukit Timah Expressway). Merge onto the BKE towards the Changi Airport direction. Take Exit 2 for the Tampines Expressway (TPE) and continue on TPE. Then take Exit 2A towards Loyang Avenue. Continue on Loyang Avenue, then take a right turn onto Cosford Road. Johore Battery will be on your left at 27 Cosford Rd.

To reach Johore Battery via public transportation, start from the nearest MRT station, which is the Bukit Batok MRT Station. Take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tanah Merah MRT Station and transfer to Bus 2 or 29 from the Tanah Merah Bus Interchange towards Changi Village. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Cosford Road' bus stop. From there, walk a short distance along Cosford Road, and you will find Johore Battery at 27 Cosford Rd on your left.
