From Tampines MRT Station, exit the station and head to the bus interchange located adjacent to the MRT station. Take bus service 24, 34, or 38 towards Changi Airport. The journey to Changi Airport takes approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the 'Changi Airport' bus stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs to Changi Airport Terminal 1. Once inside, take the escalator or lift to Level 3 to reach the Viewing Mall.

MRT and Shuttle
From Tampines MRT Station, board the East West Line (EWL) train towards Pasir Ris. Transfer at Expo MRT Station to the Downtown Line (DTL) towards Bukit Panjang. Alight at the 'Changi Airport' station. From there, follow the signs to the shuttle service specifically for Changi Airport terminals. Take the shuttle to Terminal 1. Once inside, take the escalator or lift to Level 3 to access the Viewing Mall.
