Bus
From Bukit Timah, head to the nearest bus stop on Bukit Timah Road. Board Bus 67 or 170 towards the city. After approximately 30 minutes, alight at the bus stop near Bugis MRT Station. From there, follow the signs to the Downtown Line and take the MRT heading towards Expo. Alight at the Esplanade MRT Station (3 stops). After exiting the station, follow the signs to the Esplanade, and you will find Esplanade Bridge just a short walk away.

Walking
If you prefer walking, start from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Head southeast on Upper Bukit Timah Road towards Hindhede Drive. Continue onto Bukit Timah Road and walk straight for approximately 2.5 km until you reach the junction with Orchard Road. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the Singapore River. Follow the river towards the left until you see the Esplanade Bridge.
