Once you arrive at Batam, follow the signs to get a taxi or use a ride-hailing app to reach Bukit Tempayan, which is located in Tanjung Riau, Sekupang. The taxi ride from the ferry terminal to Bukit Tempayan will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

For those using public transport, take the MRT to HarbourFront MRT Station. From there, walk to the HarbourFront Ferry Terminal, which is adjacent to the MRT station. Purchase a ferry ticket to Batam Island, Indonesia. After arriving at Batam, you can take a public bus or a taxi to reach Bukit Tempayan. Buses are available, but taxis or ride-hailing services are more convenient and quicker. The total travel time from HarbourFront to Bukit Tempayan, including the ferry and taxi ride, could take approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on waiting times and traffic.
