If you are driving from Batam Center, take the Jl. Engku Putri road towards Jl. Yos Sudarso. Continue on Jl. Yos Sudarso for approximately 6 km, then turn right onto Jl. Pantai Nongsa. Follow this road for about 2 km until you reach the entrance of Palm Spring Beach in Sambau, Nongsa. There are signs along the way that will guide you to the beach. Be aware of local traffic rules and parking regulations; a parking fee may apply.

To reach Palm Spring Beach using public transportation, start from Batam Center ferry terminal. Take a taxi or a ride-hailing service to the nearest bus terminal, such as Terminal Barelang. From there, you can catch a local bus heading towards Nongsa. Make sure to inform the driver that you are heading to Sambau. After about 30 minutes on the bus, get off at the nearest stop to Palm Spring Beach. You may need to walk or take a short motorcycle taxi to the beach entrance.
