After a few minutes, turn right onto Upper Cross Street. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Havelock Road. Turn left onto Havelock Road and walk until you reach the junction with Jalan Bukit Merah. Cross the road and continue straight onto Guan Chuan Street. Seng Poh Garden will be on your right at 78 Guan Chuan Street.

From Chinatown MRT Station, take Exit A and walk to the bus stop at Chinatown Point. Board bus number 147 or 123. Alight at the stop after the Tiong Bahru MRT Station. From there, walk straight down Tiong Bahru Road, and turn right onto Guan Chuan Street. Seng Poh Garden will be on your left at 78 Guan Chuan Street.
