Turn left onto Smith Street and continue walking until you reach the junction with New Bridge Road. Cross New Bridge Road and head down to the Chinatown Food Street for a brief stop if you'd like. From there, continue straight on New Bridge Road until you reach the junction with Eu Tong Sen Street. Turn right onto Eu Tong Sen Street and walk until you reach the junction with Havelock Road. Cross to the other side of Havelock Road, then turn left onto Havelock Road. Walk straight until you reach the Tiong Bahru area.

From Chinatown MRT Station (NE4), take the North East Line towards Punggol and alight at Outram Park MRT Station (NE3). Transfer to the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and alight at Tiong Bahru MRT Station (EW17). From Tiong Bahru MRT Station, exit and walk down Tiong Bahru Road, then turn left onto Eng Watt Street. The Tiong Bahru Wall Art - Pasar will be located at 73 Eng Watt Street.
