If you are driving, head towards Chinatown, then take the AYE (Ayer Rajah Expressway) and exit at the exit for Jalan Bukit Merah. Follow the signs to Outram and continue on Outram Road. Turn onto Chin Swee Road, and you will find Pearl's Hill City Park located at the intersection with Pearl's Hill Road. There is limited parking available near the park, so be prepared to find street parking if the lot is full. Note that parking fees may apply.

Take the MRT to the nearest station, which is Chinatown MRT Station (NE4). From the station, take Exit A and walk towards Upper Cross Street.
