Transfer to the Circle Line (yellow line) and take the train towards Stadium. Alight at Botanic Gardens MRT Station (CC19). From the station, use Exit B. Walk straight ahead and follow the signs to Singapore Botanic Gardens, which is about a 5-minute walk.

From Chinatown, walk to the nearest bus stop, Chinatown Point Bus Stop (Bus Stop ID: 05029). Take bus 123 towards Bukit Merah Interchange. Alight at the stop named 'Botanic Gardens'. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading to the entrance of Singapore Botanic Gardens, which is about a 5-minute walk.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Chinatown Heritage Centre. Head south on Pagoda Street towards New Bridge Road. Turn left onto New Bridge Road and walk to Clarke Quay, where you can cross the Singapore River. Continue straight onto River Valley Road. Walk past Fort Canning Park, and continue along River Valley Road until you reach the Bukit Timah Road junction. Turn right onto Bukit Timah Road. The entrance to Singapore Botanic Gardens will be on your left after a 15-20 minute walk.
