From Johor Bahru, head to Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. You can take a local bus or a Grab to get there if you are in the city center. Once at Larkin Sentral, look for the bus services heading to Singapore. You can take the Causeway Link bus (CW1 or CW2) to the Queen Street Terminal in Singapore. After you cross the border, disembark at Queen Street Terminal. From there, take the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) from Bugis MRT Station on the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and alight at Botanic Gardens MRT Station. Exit the station and follow the signs to the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Walk towards Cluny Road and you will find Plant House located at 1 Cluny Rd.
