If you are starting from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, exit the reserve and head towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Walk along Upper Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Jalan Anak Bukit. Cross over to the other side of the road and continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop. Take bus number 77, 96, or 170. Alight at the bus stop opposite the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Once inside, follow the signs towards the Bandstand, which is located near the Symphony Lake.
