Walking
From Clarke Quay, head towards the Clarke Quay MRT Station located near the riverside and exit the station to the right. Walk along the Singapore River until you reach the Central Business District area. From there, look for the Bus Stop at the nearby Fullerton Hotel and take Bus 97 or 100 towards Jurong East. Alight at the 'Larkin Terminal' stop. Once at Larkin Terminal, take a bus to Kukup, which is near Taman Negara Johor Tanjung Piai.

From Clarke Quay, make your way to Clarke Quay MRT Station. Take the North East Line towards Punggol and change at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the North South Line towards Jurong East. Alight at Woodlands MRT Station. From there, take Bus 950 from the nearby bus terminal to Larkin Terminal. Upon arriving at Larkin Terminal, transfer to a bus going to Kukup. Make sure to check the bus schedules for the best connectivity.
