From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit E and walk towards the riverside. Continue walking along the Singapore River until you reach the iconic Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge and keep walking straight. You will come to the Old Parliament House. The Arts House is located at 1 Old Parliament Lane, just next to the Old Parliament House.

If you're near the Clarke Quay Central Mall, exit the mall and head towards the riverfront. Turn left and walk along the river promenade. Continue until you reach the Fullerton Hotel. From there, head towards the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge, and The Arts House will be immediately on your left at 1 Old Parliament Lane.
